We ship all orders with Canada Post in Canada only.
 

• We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $150 (subtotal)  
• A $14,95 shipping fee will be added at checkout for orders under $150

This includes orders with discounts, gift cards, and sale prices.  Handling time is 2-3 business days, or 3-5 business days during our busy season.

Orders can not be canceled after 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@boutiquebelortie.ca or 613-446-1304 immediately. 

Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. You can track your order via the tracking number sent to your email after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for the delivery of your package to the wrong address as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Orders with incorrect addresses which are returned to us will be followed up for the correct address and an additional shipping fee with be required to reship your package.
