We have a 30-day return policy. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn and with any tags still attached. Sale items over 10% off are final sale.

As we are a small business, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Items bought in-store can not be returned for a refund by mail and need to be returned in-store. 

Do not send back any items that do not meet this criteria as you will not be refunded.

To start a return, mail your package back to us with your order number included in the package.

Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
